3. Registration rules:
① This activity is for the general public, employees and students aged 18-45.
② This event accepts a combination of participation. Once the competition format is determined, it cannot be changed.
③ This event encourages original creation. Any works created and sung with the themes of "Flowers and New Tianjin" and "Welcome the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" will receive original bonus points from the jury.
④ The top three contestants in the first Huayang Xinjin Youth Singer Competition will not participate in the registration for this competition in principle, and return to the show is encouraged.
⑤ The participating songs require real people to sing and perform the entire song. The contestants can download the recording software " singing " and " National Ka Song " and other recording software on their smartphones for trial singing and recording, or they can use professional recording equipment to record.

4. Selection rules:
Selection rules: Online ranking 20% + judges score 80% (%-point system)
Public evaluation ranking score: Before the end of the voting date for audition works, the top 1-30 works with the highest online ranking score of 30 points and the lowest is 1 point. (Note: If the number of votes received by the public rating is the same, the ranking score will also be the same).
Review team score: Professional score evaluation is carried out based on the quality and professionalism of the work. Original songs will be given points based on their originality and quality, with a maximum of 10 points. Originality indicators include: lyrics, arrangement, composition, completion, etc.(Note: original works must indicate an original statement; plagiarism, plagiarism and other behaviors must be eliminated. Once discovered, the qualification will be disqualified).
