The award ceremony kicked off in a warm atmosphere. Feng Jinwei, winner of the 13th Chinese Music Golden Bell Award, winner of the 30th Chinese Drama Plum Blossom Award, and the Shaanxi youth crosstalk actors Lu Xin and Yuhao who won the 2022 CCTV Spring Festival Gala. Awards were presented for 51 awards in five literary and artistic awards, including the second Shaanxi Film Award, the seventh Shaanxi Dance Lotus Award, the sixth Shaanxi Folk Literature and Art Mountain Flower Award, the eighth Shaanxi Music Award, and the seventh Shaanxi Literature and Art Review Award. An Jinyu , Li Kaibo, Wang Yuelong and other performers and representatives of the winners contributed wonderful literary performances to the audience, demonstrating the spirit of Shaanxi Province's literary and artistic workers admiring morality and striving for their efforts. The award ceremony was headed by Liu Jina, vice chairman of Shaanxi Dancers Association and professor of Shaanxi Normal University School of Music, and hosted by Shaanxi Radio and Television Station host Xu Jie and Xie Bin.
