Therefore, before I make a design plan, I usually ask the customer to fill out the design requirement questionnaire so that I can fully grasp the customer demand information and have a global perspective when making the plan.

Design is people-oriented. When making design plans, the customer's family members need to understand the situation of each family member - the personality, hobbies, color preferences, and functional needs of each family member may be slightly different. Therefore, when designing the room of each family member, the situation of each family member is also a link that must be considered!

After all, it is impossible for every family to have the same style and functions. Some people like to play the piano, some people like to exercise, and some people like to read books. Everyone has different preferences.

3. Customer budget, do you have to make a total of it?

Decoration budget is a solid bottomless pit, 100,000 yuan can be installed, 300,000 yuan can be installed, and 1 million yuan can also be installed...

When interior designers make plans, in addition to customer needs and family situations, the customer's budget is also an issue that must be considered! Otherwise, the customer's budget is only 300,000 yuan, so it is not realistic to design a plan that costs 1 million yuan for him, right? ! Although you can choose cheaper materials to save some, if you make a lot of complex shapes, the manual construction cost of these complex shapes will not be reduced!

4. You have to think about the basics of the apartment?

As a home decoration designer, when designing, you must consider customer needs, budget and other factors, and slightly renovate the apartment to make the apartment more in line with the owner’s living needs! When designing, there are differences in the distribution of cabinet grids and depth of cabinets! For example, the shoe cabinet is generally 350mm and the wardrobe is 600mm. If you make the shoe cabinet 600mm deep, not to mention wasting space, and the shoes are too deep after putting them in, the action of finding shoes is probably like stumble!
