Taoist sects, selectively introduced the main sects to everyone. In the early stage, we talked about Zhengyidao, Shangqing sect, Lingbao sect , Jianxian sect, and Taiyi sect. In this period, we talked about the Chongxuan sect, which is an important philosophical school of Taoism, and the Quanzhen sect, which is parallel to Zhengyidao.
is mysterious and mysterious. The sect of the Sect of All Wonders
has a sect in Taoist sect. Although it is a religion, it is more like a philosophical sect, which is a sect of mystery.
repetition means repetition. The sect is taken from " is mysterious and mysterious, the gate of all wonders" in Lao Tzu's " Tao Te Ching ". Chongxuan School has a lot of research on philosophy, focusing on integration of ontology, epistemology, dialectical thinking and practice, becoming the pillar theory of inner alchemy.
Chongxuan School originated from the Wei and Jin Dynasties, and established the sect with the Taoist priest Sun Deng of the Eastern Jin Dynasty using "Chongxuan" as his sect. Later, he absorbed the "double-release method" of Buddhism, integrated into Zhuangzi's "forgetful mind", and deepened Taoist philosophy into a "recent mystery" philosophy, that is, to eliminate both existence and non-existence, and to eliminate neither existence nor non-existence; to eliminate both existence and non-existence, forget all the original traces, and to eliminate them again, forget them and forget them again, and put them into the realm of recent mystery.
The biggest feature of this sect is that it adopts the ideas of the Tiantai Sect of Buddhism to explain Lao Tzu's mysteries, develops Taoist doctrines, and becomes more conceived. This sect is different from other Taoist sects. It rarely exorcises evil spirits in its business, but instead inspires a person from the perspective of human thoughts, and spreads philosophical knowledge and thinking ability.
Don’t underestimate such sects. Chongxuan Sect was the most influential among Taoist sects in the Tang Dynasty. Almost no one in Buddhism can discuss and think about the Tao with them. There are many famous Taoist priests in history in this sect, such as the that are excellent in Taoism 2 Ye Fashan Tianshi, the wizard of Xihua Cheng Xuanying , and the harem of the Tang Dynasty Li Rong.
The influence of Chongxuan School on Taoism, and even the annotation of the Emperor at that time, Li Longji, , also adopted the theory of Chongxuan School.
, which is parallel to the north and south, and the Quanzhen Sect
, talk about Quanzhen Sect, and everyone is naturally familiar with it. Quanzhen Sect is an important martial arts sect written by Mr. Jin Yong , but as a Taoist sect, its influence is far greater than that in the novel.
Quanzhen Sect is a new sect that emerged in the north during the Jin Dynasty, but its influence expanded rapidly. After the Yuan Dynasty, it was formed with the Zhengyi of the South. The pattern of North Quanzhen and of the South has continued to this day.
Quanzhen Sect, the founder of the religion is Wang Zhe . Because he is called Chongyang Zi, he is called Chongyang Real Person, or Wang Chongyang . Wang Chongyang was born as a rich second generation and wanted to be an official. But it has been unsuccessful on the official road. It looks like the Qi Quanzhen Three Ancestors Lu Dongbin was not successful in the imperial examinations that year. In the chaotic times, the Jin people marched south in great numbers and then abandoned their official positions and retired. In Ganhe Town, Zhongnan Mountain, I met Zhengyang ancestor Zhongli Quan and Chunyang treasure Lu Dongbin. The second ancestor felt that Wang Chongyang had a fairy way, so he taught him some of the magical ways and immediately fled.
In the next year, Wang Chongyang met the Liu Haichan again in Liquan County. Liu Haichan learned that Wang Chongyang had been enlightened by his master Lu Dongbin, so he accepted him as his apprentice, and taught him the Taoist teachings, the secret record of the golden elixir, and the sword technique. He also wrote five secret articles, warning Wang Chongyang to burn it immediately after reading it. After watching it, Wang Chongyang realized his great enlightenment, went home to spend all his wealth, and married his daughter far away. dug a cave in Zhongnan Mountain with the inscription "Tomb of the Living Dead". He entered the cave and was in seclusion and did not leave for seven years. After leaving the customs, he established a sect in Zhongnan Mountain and preached to the east. He collected seven disciples of Ma Yu , Tan Chuduan , Liu Chuxuan, Qiu Chuji, Wang Chuyi, Hao Datong, and Sun Buer as disciples along the way, that is, " Quanzhen Seven Sons " .
Why is the legend of Wang Chongyang founding the religion here? Because the ancestor of Quanzhen Sect was not Wang Chongyang, but Taishang Laojun instructed Emperor Donghua to reincarnate and evolve Quanzhendao Wang Xuanfu , Wang Xuanfu is the ancestor of Quanzhen. Wang Xuanfu later gave the Taoist teachings to Zhongli Quan. Zhongli Quan gathered the Eight Immortals under Laojun's order to find Lu Dongbin, and enlightened and taught Lu Dongbin. After Lu Zu became Taoist, he traveled around the world. During the Five Dynasties, he accepted Liu Haichan as his disciple and taught him the Tao. Liu Haichan resigned from his official position and practiced the Taoist dynasty in Zhongnan Mountain, and was called Zhengyangzi. Later, he attained Taoism and ascended to the Zhongnan Mountain. In the late Song Dynasty, Wang Chongyang was unhappy in the officialdom and met immortals in Ganhe Town. He was taught the Jindan formula for Zhongli and Lu Dongbin. Later, he encountered Liu Haichan in Zhongnan Mountain. He was inspired by him. Liu Haichan also taught Wang Chongyang and Zhang Ziyang. Wang Chongyang was in seclusion in Zhongnan Mountain. He went out of seclusion for seven years and founded Quanzhen Sect in Zhongnan Mountain. Therefore, Wang Xuanfu (Quanzhen’s First Ancestor), Zhongli Quan (Quanzhen’s Second Ancestor), Lu Dongbin (Quanzhen’s Third Ancestor), Liu Haichan (Quanzhen’s Fourth Ancestor), and Wang Chongyang (Quanzhen’s Ancestor), so later generations call him the “Five Ancestor of Quanzhen”.
Wang Chongyang absorbed the ideas of Confucianism and Buddhism, advocated the "combination of the three religions", and aimed at "the integration of the three religions, understanding the mind and seeing the nature, and unifying the truth", so the sect is the full truth religion.
