According to Taiwanese media reports, when Taiwan's public opinion representative Chen Jiaohua was questioning the Taiwan legislative body on the 27th, he played the recording and dialogue records of Pei Wei, the founder of "Mirror TV", questioning the intervention of the "Taiwan Communications Commission" (NCC) to review the "Mirror TV" license application, and also put pressure on NCC chairman Chen Yaoxiang on this matter. All these naked behind-the-scenes political transactions are fully presented to the world through recordings.

The Taiwan authorities' legislative body invited the executive department head Su Zhenchang to lead the "Ministry Council" officials to give a policy report and prepare for inquiries. Chen Jiaohua said during the inquiry that "Mirror TV" was interrogated by the NCC external members on July 16, 2021. Because there were review members protesting, the review process was not as good as "Mirror TV" expectation. That night, Pei Wei used LINE to inform shareholders that he had complained to the "Party Court" and hoped that they would put pressure on the NCC.
Chen Jiaohua continued to point out that Pei Wei said at the major shareholders' meeting on December 17, 2021 that Su Zhenchang has clearly asked NCC Chairman Chen Yaoxiang to get the license as soon as possible, and if it goes well, he should get the license by the end of December.
In the recording file, Pei Wei also said that he had reported to Taiwan leader Tsai Ing-wen that the NCC interviewed Chen Jian, then chairman of "Mirror TV" on December 1, 2021, and asked many strange questions. After hearing this, Tsai Ing-wen immediately told Su Zhenchang that "there is no reason to drag others (referring to "Mirror TV"), you must deal with it quickly." Pei Wei also said that former DPP Secretary-General Hong Yaofu told Chen Yaoxiang that the application for "Mirror TV" license is Tsai Ing-wen's will, and anyone who is in charge of the administrative department still needs to do it.
Su Zhenchang denied the above recording content one by one and said that the senior management of the "Peace Court" never intervened in the review of the "Mirror TV" license, and he himself never put pressure on Chen Yaoxiang or cared about this matter.
Chen Jiaohua asked, was it Pei Wei lying? Su Zhenchang argued that he didn't know whether Pei Wei was lying or not, and he didn't even know whether Pei Wei's voice was played in the recording. However, he has clearly denied what Chen Jiaohua asked during the questioning.
In fact, Taiwanese media reported in March this year that people familiar with the matter pointed out that since the creation of "Mirror TV", the key to the major shareholders' willingness to support Pei Wei is that they believe that Pei Wei can handle Tsai Ing-wen, and the hotline is direct to Tsai Ing-wen. People familiar with the matter said that Pei Wei often calls to exchange opinions with Tsai Ing-wen, and the time and number of times are not limited. Sometimes, even in the middle of the night, two people can talk for more than half an hour in order to discuss something. Tsai Ing-wen will not have enough phone calls, and Tsai Ing-wen will also invite Pei Wei to her home for dinner.
Korean Party Taoyuan Mayor Candidate Zhang Shanzheng said that he had been the "Premier of the Executive" and must be said seriously that Taiwan's leaders and "Premier of the Executive" went to the police to say that TV stations were put on the shelves and interfered with independent agencies is extremely serious anywhere. If such a thing happens, it is definitely an international scandal of taking political responsibility and resigning.
He asked Su Zhenchang to step down immediately, Tsai Ing-wen reported to the public in full, took on political responsibility, and did not avoid it. The people of Taiwan were watching. (Editor: Fang Yanyan)
