Qin Yanrong: The watchman of the childlike world
"Education is a kind of companion waiting for flowers to bloom. Education with love is the real education." Recently, the author first met Qin Yanrong, a teacher at Xingjiawan Kindergarten in Yunyang County. Her bright smile and warm words quickly narrowed the interview.
"Do everything carefully and do ordinary things seriously." Through her narration, the author truly sees the style of a watcher of a childlike world, and deserves the honorary title of "the most beautiful teacher".
There is love in the heart and strength under the feet
In 2001, after Qin Yanrong graduated from the former Wanzhou Preschool Normal School, she came to Shuikou Primary School to teach.
Looking back on those days, Qin Yanrong couldn't help but sigh: The transportation is inconvenient and the conditions are harsh, and she once gave up. "But I thought of the child's eyes of seeking knowledge, the words of encouragement from leaders, and the unlimited trust of parents, I still persevered."

Qin Yanrong said that in August 2007, she carried her bags and came to Yunfeng Nine-Year School (now Yunlong Primary School) to start her year-long teaching career. At that time, there were many left-behind children among the school's students. When the older brothers and sisters in the upper grades were going to study at night, the group of children squatted outside the classroom waiting. When Qin Yanrong saw it, she organized the children to read books in a classroom and told them stories. In winter, some children have frostbite on their hands and feet, so she secretly buys socks and gloves for them.
"As an preschool teacher , I often ask myself this way, 'If I were a child, if I were my child', so that my work would have a clear direction and infinite motivation." Qin Yanrong has a personal understanding of education.

In 2009, Qin Yanrong passed the selection examination in the city and came to Xingjiawan Kindergarten.
First arrived, Qin Yanrong served as the head teacher of the small class.Every morning, she always comes to the kindergarten early and welcomes every child with the warmest hug. "Did you sleep soundly last night? What did you eat this morning? How are you feeling today? What games do you want to play?" The simplest greetings are refreshing, thus starting a wonderful day for the children.
"Be a friend of the child, squat down and talk to the child. This is a good way to discipline." In Qin Yanrong's eyes, every "little apricot blossom" is beautiful and unique.
A little boy named Yangyang is very introverted and never talks to everyone. He always holds a green little dingting ball tightly every day, hides in the corner to play alone, and sometimes he loses his temper, throws things, and spits for no reason.
"A knowing smile, a caring word, a kind touch..." Qin Yanrong believes that special care will make Yangyang feel that the teacher loves him. Yangyang never expresses it, but as long as he captures a micro-expression or a small movement, she will understand it and provide him with help as soon as possible.
Outdoor activity time, Qin Yanrong always put Yangyang within her closest sight and personally led Yangyang to play and exercise with the children. One day, Yangyang shouted happily: "Hello Laoxi Qin (Teacher)!" Although his pronunciation was very unstandard, everyone was shocked by this sudden sentence.
The naughty child is another kind of "cute" in her mouth; the crying child gradually calms down in her hug; the picky child gradually becomes stronger with her help; the shy child raises his face with her encouragement... After get off work, Qin Yanrong always sends photos and videos to the class parent group, carefully sharing the children's daily study and life situation, and individually communicates with parents about the current development status of children, thinking about problems and countermeasures in education and teaching.
