Taitung County Government promotes Taitung coffee industry and founded the "Pacific Left Bank Taitung Coffee" brand. This year, it cooperates with Zhiben Hotel. From 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. every weekly holidays, it will launch the "Taitung Coffee Hand-Brewed Flash" at the Atrium Coffee Bar on the 1st floor of the hotel, providing free tastings for tourists.
, Agriculture Director of Taitung County Government, Xu Jiahao, said that Zhiben Master Hotel is a Taitung Five-Star Hot Spring Resort Hotel, located in the Zhiben Hot Spring area. This time, the "Taitung Coffee Hand-Brewed Flash" uses coffee beans produced by Zhiben local coffee manor "Taitung Leshan Hot Spring Coffee". The barista brews the coffee on site and provides free access to tourists. The brand characteristics and this year's joint coffee filter cup are displayed on site.
This time, we have created the regional coffee brand of "Pacific Left Bank Taitung Coffee". Combined with the slow economy promoted by Taitung, we can feel the local experience connected with people and coffee through the aroma and flavor of coffee, and build a slow culture of Taitung coffee to attract more people to experience the quiet beauty of Taitung mountains and seas through coffee.
Taitung coffee planting area is about 143 hectares, currently ranks third in Taiwan. Whether it is the Nanhui, Long Valley or East Coast region of Taitung, coffee farmers continue to improve coffee planting and roasting technology, gradually shaping the flavor characteristics of local coffee.
