Some viewers with related diseases, after asking according to the contact information on the advertisement, scammers who pretend to be medical staff or experts will sell their products at a price far higher than the cost.
In 5 months, criminals defrauded 47 patients in many provinces and cities, making a profit of 667,800 yuan.
The first step is to establish a company

This is a company with only 4 office rooms. It is located on the "Famous High Center" of Yingbin Avenue, Huadu District, Guangzhou. From March 2015 to July 2015, this company with a total investment of 2.5 million yuan completed its five-month life journey.
The only shareholders of the company are Chen Shaoming and Yuan Xuehai. In January 2015, Chen Shaoming saw someone doing TV shopping and made money. After the operator used the company phone to call the consultant, he pretended to be a staff member of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Beijing Institute of Orthopedics, Beijing Orthopedic Treatment Center, etc. They claim to be directors, experts or deans and promote and portray their identities.
After gaining the trust of the consultant, the operator consulted the consultant by establishing a case file. They registered the basic situation, address, and contact information of these people one by one, and helped them analyze their condition and treatment methods. After

After someone was deceived, Guangzhou Elitao Trading Co., Ltd. sent their names, addresses, drug names, quantity and contact numbers to Beijing Car Fan Lianxun E-commerce Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Car Fan Company") through QQ email.The company has signed an agreement with Beijing Kailian Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kailian Company"), which includes information such as express parcel packaging and order making.
Car fan company packages the "Tai Chi Gate Cold Therapy Post", "Yu Tai Doctor", "Wei Gukang", and "Hot Compression Pack", and then ships it to the Beijing SF Express Express Dazhongsi Branch, which is delivered by the courier. At the same time, the car fan company transmits information about the sent fraudsters to Kailian Company. Before this, Beijing SF Express signed a monthly settlement agreement with Kailian Company.
When the deceived person receives the express, he handes the cash to the courier. Subsequently, the money was transferred to the monthly settlement account by Beijing SF Express according to the agreement. After Kailian Company confirms that the victim has paid, it will remit money to the account provided by Yuan Xuehai according to the agreement. After receiving it, Yuan Xuehai used online banking to transfer the stolen money to three accounts, including Chen Shaoming's account.
From the end of 2015 to the beginning of 2016, four criminal suspects with Chen Shaoming as the core were arrested one after another.
On November 4, 2016, the People's Court of Xiaochang County, Hubei Province pronounced a verdict: Chen Shaoming and others were all guilty of fraud and were sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment ranging from two years, four months to twelve years and six months, and were given economic penalties of varying amounts.
