A Singapore Family Court judge recently stated that the 53-year-old man lived with his mother and servant. He had a fitness instructor license but was unemployed at the time of the incident. The man developed a daily "fitness plan" for his 90-year-old mother, which included walking three kilometers in the morning and evening. In between, he also did kickboxing, aerobics, and used yoga rollers and fitness balls. If he couldn't finish it, he would scold his mother angrily and refuse to let her eat or sleep.
The judge said that the 90-year-old had problems such as osteoporosis , asthma and high blood pressure . The doctor thought she was not suitable for doing these exercises, but her son refused to listen to professional advice, saying he "knows best" Mother’s physical condition”.
