According to previous news from Cambodia's "Angkor Times", insiders said that the deceased's name was A Xu, about 37 years old, and he was engaged in casino business in Sihanoukville. Suspected of having a business dispute with others, he had an appointment with someone on the morning of the 21st. The negotiation failed and he was killed. During the negotiation, the two parties clashed and the other party shot the victim, but the first shot was not fatal. The victim and others drove away, followed closely by the murderer in another black car. A witness at the scene said that when the victim ran to the security gate of a casino, the murderer opened fire and the victim was shot and died on the spot.
Another witness said the victim suffered a gunshot wound near his heart. Later, he was carried into the car by several security guards, and the scene was very chaotic. After the murderer opened fire, he drove away for a short distance before abandoning the car and fleeing.
