The call came that someone had fallen into the water in the Xinhe River behind the Bowen Washington Community. At that time, Mr. Wan was fishing there.
Because the water where he fell into the water was deep, there were many aquatic plants and stones at the bottom, and it was getting dark, which made the rescue more difficult.
Thanks to the joint efforts of the public security, fire and zebra rescue teams, as well as caring citizens, the person who fell into the water was fished out to the shore at around 8 p.m.

The two people who drowned were a man in his thirties and a child of about 2 years old. They were father and son.
Witnesses said that the child accidentally fell into the water while playing by the river. The father immediately jumped in to rescue him. Because he did not know the nature of water, both father and son died.
The rescue team said that when they found the child, the father held the child tightly. The rescuers struggled to separate the two. Lift the child ashore first, then pull the adult out of the water.
The child's mother, who came after hearing the news, fainted several times. My mother is pregnant with her second baby for five or six months.
In order to prevent the mother from having an accident, several female rescue team members accompanied her closely to take care of her.

The father could not swim
It is understood that the father and son who fell into the water were from Luqiao, Taizhou.
The reporter contacted the man’s father-in-law Zhu Qiang (pseudonym), who was on his way to Shandong.
Zhu Qiang told reporters that his daughter and son-in-law were engaged in the glasses business in Shandong and bought a house there, right next to the place where the accident occurred. That afternoon, the son-in-law took the children out to play in a battery car. The gap between the guardrails of the viewing platform is relatively large, and the child accidentally fell down while playing. The son-in-law jumped out of desperation, and something happened to both of them. "The father of the child can't swim at all."
The reporter learned that the water depth of this river is about 1.7 meters on the edge, and the deepest point in the middle is more than 3 meters. When
