According to a report from a local forum in Yanting, on the afternoon of December 7, a suspect named "Liu Hai" escaped from the Yanting Detention Center and fled towards the County Second Water Plant ( Mianyang Bridge). For those who provide clues to help the public security organs capture fugitives, the Yanting County Public Security Bureau will give a reward of 500-20,000 yuan.
The Paper learned from the wanted order issued by the police that Liu Hai is a native of Yanting, 31 years old, about 1.58 meters tall, with a medium build and short hair. When Liu Hai escaped, he was wearing a black long-sleeved T-shirt, black trousers, and gangster white-soled cloth shoes.
Mr. Du, a local resident of Yanting, said that the suspect escaped at about 3 pm on the 7th. Someone noticed him on the Beimen Bridge because he was still wearing a summer short shirt, which was more conspicuous. Starting from the evening of the 7th, police presence has been significantly strengthened on the streets of villages and towns across the county.
