1. Entry and exit policy:
1. Implement "14-day centralized quarantine + 7-day home health monitoring measures" for entry personnel.
2. For people returning to Shaanxi from medium- and high-risk areas, the control measures of "7-day centralized isolation medical observation and 7-day home medical observation" will be implemented.
3. For those returning to Shaanxi from the districts and counties (townships or streets of municipalities directly under the Central Government) where medium- and high-risk areas are located, a 7-day home medical observation will be implemented.
4. For all people returning to Shaanxi from provinces affected by the epidemic, except for the counties (districts) where medium- and high-risk areas are located, the "two inspections in three days" measure will be implemented and "gray code" management will be implemented.
2. Transportation policy:
1. Civil aviation and railways: (1) Wearing a mask, taking body temperature, and checking Shaanxi health code and communication big data itinerary card when entering and exiting the station. (2) Strictly restrict people’s travel in counties (cities, districts) where designated medium and high-risk areas are located.
