Application conditions
Anyone who meets the following basic conditions, has the necessary physical conditions to perform the job duties normally, and the specific conditions specified in the recruitment position (see the job profile table for details) can register for this open recruitment. Registered substitute teachers who worked in public primary and secondary schools in our district before September 2016 and are still on the job can choose to apply as substitute teachers.
1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China, abide by the law, have good conduct, love education, be physically and mentally healthy, suitable for teaching, and have no criminal record;
2. Have a full-time undergraduate degree (degree) from a general university, and be under 30 years old. examination and assessment methods
This open recruitment examination adopts a combination of written examination, extra points, professional skills assessment and interview.
(1) Written test

2. Written test content: mainly assessed around professional theories, professional knowledge and professional abilities. There is no review syllabus for the exam, and no organization is authorized to organize pre-exam training.

4. The total score of the written test is 100 points, and the passing mark is 50 points. Candidates can check their written test results on the New Taipei District Education Public Service Platform with their ID number.
(2) Extra points item
Based on the time of substitute teaching in our district and the honors obtained during the period, extra points will be given to those who apply as substitute teachers in our district. The maximum score is limited to 5 points. The scoring standard is:
1. Teaching experience : 0.2 points/year for substitute teaching in primary and secondary schools in our district, calculated based on the actual substitute teaching period for a full year (that is, those who are less than 1 year are not included), and the calculation time is as of August 31, 2019.
2. Comprehensive honors: Those who have won the honorary title of outstanding educator or outstanding Communist Party member, or won the competition award for basic subject teaching skills, 1 point at the town (street) level, 2 points at the district level, 3 points at the municipal level and above, with the highest honor. (4) Interview

(5) Comprehensive Score Calculation
Comprehensive score is calculated in percentage system, with two decimal places after the decimal point, and the third digit is rounded off. If the overall scores are the same, the one with the higher interview score will come first. For the music, physical education, art, and information technology disciplines, the comprehensive scores are calculated based on the ratio of written test scores (for substitute teachers, the sum of written tests and extra points), professional skills assessment scores accounting for 30%, and interview scores accounting for 40%. The comprehensive score is calculated based on the written test score (the sum of the written test and extra points for substitute teachers) and the interview score accounting for 70%. Within 5 working days after the interview, the comprehensive results will be announced on the New Taipei District Education Public Service Platform.
Physical examination and inspection
Among the qualified candidates for the interview, candidates for the physical examination will be determined from high scores to low scores based on their comprehensive scores and in a 1:1 ratio according to the recruitment position plan (if the comprehensive scores are the same, the one with the higher interview score will be selected). The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the general physical examination standards for civil servants, and the physical examination fees shall be borne by the candidates themselves. When a vacancy occurs due to failure in the physical examination or other reasons, candidates who have passed the interview for the position will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score based on their comprehensive scores.
District Education Bureau organizes inspections of candidates who have passed the physical examination in accordance with relevant regulations. The main content of the inspections is the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral character, as well as business abilities and work performance related to the positions they are applying for. Those who fail the inspection will be disqualified. When there is a vacancy due to reasons such as failure to pass the examination, candidates who have passed the interview for the position will be filled in order from high scores to low scores, and physical examinations and inspections will be organized.
Position Selection
Those who have passed the political examination will participate in the selection. Candidates who apply as registered substitute teachers in our district must obey the organizational arrangements and determine their positions; the remaining positions will be limited to one position in the discipline they applied for based on the comprehensive scores of candidates who apply as social workers from high to low, and will be determined on the spot , cannot be changed.
Announcement
will determine the list of candidates to be hired based on the results of the examination and physical examination. The list of candidates to be recruited will be published on the original brochure publishing website for 7 working days. After the publicity period expires, those who meet the recruitment conditions will go through the recruitment procedures. If problems affecting employment are reported and verified, the candidate will not be admitted.
Recruitment The employment-based teachers employed by
adopt the labor dispatch method, implement contract employment, job management, and obey the job arrangements of the District Education Bureau; the probation period is 6 months. After the probation period, they will be formally hired after passing the assessment, otherwise the labor contract will be terminated; During the period of employment, the salary and remuneration will be based on the level of teachers in similar undertakings in the school, and they will enjoy the same professional title evaluation, merit evaluation, training, further education and other benefits as those in similar undertakings. Teachers under the employment system participate in the basic pension insurance for enterprise employees in accordance with relevant national regulations, pay corresponding social insurance and housing provident funds, etc., and enjoy retirement benefits in accordance with the pension insurance policies of enterprise employees after retirement.
If the employed social worker has signed a labor (employment) contract or agreement with the original work unit, the employee and the original unit shall negotiate to terminate the relationship in accordance with relevant regulations.Candidates should report to the unit with a certificate of termination of relationship within 45 days after being notified by the competent department to register. Failure to do so will be deemed to automatically give up the recruitment qualification.
