It is integrated with many formats such as the cultural industry, sports industry, leisure fishery, vacation real estate, etc. It is a comprehensive, multi-industry participating tourism and leisure industry with water resources characteristics. The waterfront leisure industry relies on water resources to carry out various leisure activities. It is an important feature. In-depth research and thinking on the issues of the waterfront leisure industry in terms of industry concepts, industrial chain composition, resource characteristics, business analysis, operation models, investment orientation, etc., while drawing on and learning from mature industrial development models in various countries around the world, will be conducive to promoting the development of my country's waterfront leisure industry.

In fact, Fisherman's Wharf is not only a brand, but also a way of life. The following conditions must be met to truly embody the "Fisherman's Wharf model":
1. First of all, there must be a leisure fishery wharf formed by the water, and at the same time, it must be formed with the core of modern "leisure fishery +" The cultural atmosphere of fishing;

This place was originally a wharf for fishery trade, and a large area was also an industrial area. With the decline of the wharf fishery, it was slowly transformed. The second half of the wharf was a hotel area. You can see No. 39, No. 34, and No. 35 along the entire coastline. Their functions have changed, and they are all focused on tourism and business. The original industrial plants have also been transformed one after another, and they are all serving tourism and business services. There have been many transformations, but the building itself has been reused. The original breweries, canneries, and chocolate factories have been transformed into distinctive shopping malls.
