He was tested positive for the new coronavirus locally. Currently, two contacts have been infected and were diagnosed on the 23rd. Not only that, the three confirmed cases all had a history of common activities at Taipei mosques, and the number of people who participated in the mosque activities that day was as high as about 400.
According to Taiwan's "China Times News Network" on the 23rd, the Taiwan Epidemic Command Center stated that the confirmed cases include an Indonesian pilot, his relatives and colleagues. The investigation showed that although the three confirmed cases had a history of common activities at Taipei mosques, whether it was a collective infection still needs further investigation. Since the infected person had a history of activities in public places from 2 days before the onset of illness to before hospitalization and isolation, Taiwan's epidemic prevention department reminds people who have been in relevant places to try to manage their own health for 14 days. If they have suspected symptoms, they should wear a mask and seek medical treatment as soon as possible, and actively inform the doctor of their contact history.
