After investigation, Shi Shujun violated political discipline and resisted organizational review; violated organizational discipline and failed to report personal matters; violated integrity discipline by accepting gifts that may affect the fair execution of official duties, and engaged in profit-making activities in violation of regulations; taking advantage of the convenience of his position to accept property from others and seeking benefits for others, he was suspected of accepting bribes; he abused his power and caused losses to state-owned assets, and was suspected of abusing his power.

As a party member and leading cadre, Shi Shujun seriously violated the party's discipline and national laws and regulations, and did not restrain or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
