html On September 19, the Henan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision announced on its website that the Zhengzhou Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision recently conducted a review and investigation into serious violations of discipline and law by Shi Shujun (director level), former member of the Party Working Committee and former deputy director of the Management Committee of Zhengzhou Economic Development Zone.

After investigation, Shi Shujun violated political discipline and resisted organizational review; violated organizational discipline and failed to report personal matters; violated integrity discipline by accepting gifts that may affect the fair execution of official duties, and engaged in profit-making activities in violation of regulations; taking advantage of the convenience of his position to accept property from others and seeking benefits for others, he was suspected of accepting bribes; he abused his power and caused losses to state-owned assets, and was suspected of abusing his power.

As a party member and leading cadre, Shi Shujun seriously violated the party's discipline and national laws and regulations, and did not restrain or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishments of the Communist Party of China" , the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China "Interim Provisions on Administrative Punishments for Public Servants" and other relevant provisions, after being studied by the Standing Committee Meeting of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Zhengzhou City and the executive meeting of the Supervisory Committee and submitted to the Municipal Party Committee for approval, it was decided to expel Shi Shujun from the party and from public office; confiscate his disciplinary gains; transfer his suspected criminal issues and the money and property involved to the relevant state agencies for handling in accordance with the law.
