1. Registration conditions
Applicants must meet the following conditions:
1, citizens of the People's Republic of China;
2, entering Argentina after December 20, 2019 (inclusive);
3, persons visiting Argentina for a short period of time for tourism, visits, business, transit, temporary family visits, etc., or due to serious illness, Those who urgently need to return home for funeral and other humanitarian reasons;
4. Not diagnosed with infectious diseases such as COVID-19;
5. Fill in personal information on time and truthfully, provide relevant supporting materials, and bear all consequences such as disqualification of qualifications due to false information;
6. Voluntarily bear all possible risks and expenses on the way back to the country, and consciously accept all quarantine arrangements during the flight and after arriving at the destination.
2. Statistical method
Those who meet the above requirements are requested to scan the attached QR code (at the end of the article) through WeChat before 17:00 on August 10 to register personal information and upload relevant certification materials. Those who have previously reported personal information to the embassy, if they meet the registration requirements and need to return to their country, please fill in the form again.
3. Submit materials
1. Passport information page;
2. Entry stamp for the most recent entry into Argentina;
3. Visa or electronic travel authorization (AVE) used for the most recent entry into Argentina;
4. Those who need to return home urgently due to humanitarian reasons need to provide corresponding certification materials, such as medical diagnosis certificates recently issued by professional medical institutions, death certificates of domestic immediate family members, critical illness notices, and kinship certification materials, etc.

1. This survey only counts the willingness of eligible people to return to the country. The embassy will conduct a preliminary review and ranking based on the difficulties encountered by applicants based on the principles of openness and fairness, and confirm the final ranking after reporting to the country for review and approval.
2. Currently, there is no confirmed flight information. Registration is a prerequisite for taking the flight, but it is not necessarily related to whether you take the flight. If stranded Chinese citizens have confirmed their return trip through other channels, it is recommended not to sign up, let alone cancel the confirmed flight easily. The embassy does not assume any responsibility if the scheduled flight is canceled and you are unable to take the temporary commercial flight.
3. Those who fail to register and provide supporting documents as required by the deadline will be treated as having no intention to return to their country. The embassy does not accept supplementary registration, please understand.
4. If the stranded persons are employees of Chinese-funded enterprises or temporary business personnel, they must also report to the Economic and Commercial Office of the Chinese Embassy in Argentina (contact information: ar mofcom.gov.cn). Those who fail to register will be deemed to have failed to register successfully.
5. If it is determined to carry out temporary commercial flights, relevant passengers must sign corresponding commitment letters in accordance with domestic requirements, purchase air tickets in accordance with the designated method, and undergo nucleic acid testing in advance.
