The "Era Power" and "Legislator" Huang Guochang's resignation case initiated by the "North (Taipei) North ( New Taipei ) Key ( Keelung ) Stability Alliance" was submitted this week in order to reach the voting threshold of 25,120 copies, 2,233 joint signatures were submitted. According to Taiwan's "Dongsen News Cloud", the New Taipei City Election Committee will check the validity of the joint signature within 40 days, and the Taiwan authorities' "Election Committee" will announce whether the recall case is established, and a recall vote must be held within 60 days. Based on this period, the voting case will be held at the end of November as soon as possible.
Huang Guochang once vigorously promoted the "Election and Removal Law" and "Amendment" to reduce the removal barriers. On November 29, 2016, Taiwan's "Legislative Yuan" passed the "Election and Removal Law" to reduce the removal barriers, but Huang Guochang was the target of removal. Taiwan's China Times reported that the newly revised "Public Officer Election and Removal Law" stipulates that the removal is divided into three stages. The first stage is to obtain a joint signature of 1% of the number of electors in the original constituency; entering the second stage, 10% of the electors in the original constituency must be obtained within 60 days; the third stage is the real recall vote. When the votes in favor reach 1/4 of the number of electors in the constituency, the recall case can be passed.

Huang Guochang, known as the "God of War", is located in the 12th constituency of New Taipei ( Xizhi , Jinshan, Wanliuo, Ruifang, Pingxi, Shuangxi, Gongliao ), with an election of 251,191. According to the "Public Officer Election and Removal Law", the second stage requires 10% of the electors to sign, which is 25,120; the third stage, the total number of electors must reach 1/4, that is, 62,798, and more than disagreeing votes, the recall case will be established, and Huang Guochang has to say goodbye to his identity as a "legislator".
However, Huang Guochang faces the third phase of the recall case, and the internal assessment of the "Era Power" will not sit still and wait for death. The party will "straight ball duel" with the recall case, and will be regarded as the outpost of the 2018 local elections in the form of a military campaign.
