In order to effectively protect citizens' rights and interests in rides, we supplement the elderly cards and monthly/season ticket cards that did not fully enjoy the rights and interests of rides in February and March (only supplementary values will not be refunded). Starting from April 15, 2020, you can bring the above cards to the designated location to apply. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

1. For elderly cards that are deducted in urban buses in February and March, a supplement of 15 yuan/month will be made for the corresponding month, and no deduction will be made.

2. Any monthly ticket card that is recharged in February and March will be recharged for the same amount in the corresponding month.

3. Any season ticket card that is recharged in the first quarter will be recharged with the same amount in that quarter.
