At 6:00 p.m. on November 25, staff from Longyang District Rescue Management Station went to the gate of Yiyang Hotel to pick up two guests from Guangxi. They were not homeless beggars who came to ask for help, nor were they coming to do business, but came to pick up Liang's family who had been missing for 15 years with their family.

As soon as I saw the staff of rescue management station , Liang's brother and cousin couldn't wait to ask: "How is Liang's health?" "He is mute and can't speak. Have you been bullied?" "Have you been in Baoshan for more than ten years? How did you find him?" "After getting lost, I sent many missing person notices but no results. I thought I would never see you in my life, but I didn't expect to find it. It was like a dream. I don't know if I still remember me?"... The staff told him the whole process of rescuing Liang: at around 4 pm on September 29, when the rescue station was actively patrolling and rescue on the street, he found Liang in an abandoned house that was demolished. Early the next morning, Liang was sent to the Civil Affairs Mental Hospital. After the doctor's identification, he needed to be hospitalized for treatment. Now Liang is doing well in the rescue station, and he has food and accommodation and is taken care of by someone, and his mood has become much more stable.

Liang's brother followed the staff to approach Liang. Liang, who was eating, was so excited that he didn't have time to eat. He kept saying something and hugging his brother and cried loudly. Seeing the scene in front of him, the staff couldn't help but shed tears of relief and touching.

Liang's brother said that as soon as he received a call from the rescue station staff, the whole family was not sure how happy they were. They especially thanked all the staff of the Longyang District Rescue Management Station and specially made a banner with the words "Helpful Rescue and Love Warm the World" to give it to the rescue management station to express their gratitude.
