On May 28, 2019, the Economic Crime Investigation Brigade of Taoyuan County Public Security Bureau received a report from a company; the company cleared the accounts and found that the original legal representative Yu had committed crimes of issuing false invoices and embezzling the company's property with his position, and asked the public security organs to investigate and deal with it. The investigation found that on November 15, 2015, the suspect Yu went to a professional flower and tree planting cooperative in , Liuyang City, and found the legal representative of the company, Li, to issue 13 seedling sales invoices, with a total amount of 6.1 million yuan. Yu paid 0.7% of the false amount to the professional flower and tree planting cooperative in Liuyang City, 42,700 yuan in invoice fees.
