Qualification Review

Examination is conducted in the form of "written test + interview". The written test and interview scores are based on a percentage system.

Candidates bring their ID cards to participate in the written test, and the written test time is 2 hours. Among the shortlisted candidates for the written test score, the interview candidates are sorted from high to low scores, and the number of candidates recruited at a ratio of 1:3 of the number of candidates recruited at the position is determined. If the interviewer does not reach 1:3, enter the interview based on the actual number of interviewees.
