According to the needs of the college, 258 full-time teachers and full-time counselors are recruited from the public. In combination with the current epidemic prevention and control situation, the recruitment plan is announced as follows:
. Recruitment work principles
adhere to the employment standards of both moral integrity and ability, implement the principle of "openness, equality, competition, selection of the best", strictly follow the employment conditions and requirements of the recruitment position, adopt a combination of interview examinations and inspections, and openly recruit staff from the public.
. Application conditions and qualifications
(I) Applicants should meet the following conditions:
. Has the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
. Abide by the Constitution and laws;

5. Have physical conditions to perform duties normally;
6. Have obtained the graduation certificate and degree certificate for the major required for the position;
7. Other conditions required for the position (see Appendix 1).
(II) No application is allowed in any of the following circumstances:
. Personnel whose criminal punishment period is not over or who are suspected of committing an illegal crime are under investigation;
. The party discipline or political discipline sanctions have not been lifted yet or are subject to investigation or Personnel who are undergoing disciplinary review;
3. Personnel who have been found to have committed fraud and other serious violations of recruitment discipline for less than 5 years in civil servant recruitment and public recruitment examinations for public institutions;
4. Personnel who are not allowed to apply for public institutions.
3. Recruitment procedure
(I) Registration
Registration adopts the email registration method, and the registration is closed within three days from now ( that is, 24:00 on January 13, 2022 ). Each person is limited to one application position. Please choose the application carefully. To facilitate the statistics, classification and review of registration materials, applicants are requested to register strictly in accordance with the following requirements.
(1) Fill in the "Henan Vocational and Technical College Public Recruitment Personnel Agent Registration Form" (Appendix 2).
(2) A scan (or clear photo) of the original supporting materials such as the "Henan Vocational and Technical College's Public Recruitment Personnel Agent Registration Form", ID card, nationally recognized higher education degree and degree certificate (including the first higher education degree to the highest academic degree, and returnees from overseas students must provide the academic degree certification certificate from the national education department), academic degree certification report or the electronic registration and filing form of the academic certificate, degree certification report, professional title certificate (qualification certificate), relevant scientific research achievements and award certificates, and other original scanned copies (or clear photos) of supporting materials such as supporting materials (the file name is "reported job code + name + graduate school + graduate major", and the PDF file cannot exceed 10M), and send it to the designated email: [email protected].
(II) Qualification review and resume screening
College conducts qualification review and resume screening based on the comprehensive situation of applicants, and determines the interviewee list based on the ratio of the number of people to be recruited and the number of interviewees 1:3.
(III) Qualification review and interview
. Qualification review. Before the interview, the qualification review will be conducted on the candidates who are included in the interview list. Those who pass the qualification review will be given an interview notice. Those who fail the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview.
. Interview. The full score is 100 points. The interview time is 10 minutes, including 2 minutes of self-introduction for the position of the counselor, 3 minutes of defense, and 5 minutes of trial lectures; 2 minutes of self-introduction for the position of the other positions, 8 minutes of trial lectures. The number of interviewees is determined based on the actual number of people who have passed the qualification review.If the number of people participating in the interview exceeds the number of people to be recruited, the list of physical examination personnel shall be determined based on the interview score from high to low, and the proportion of the number of people to be recruited 1:1. If the last interview score is tied, a second interview will be conducted, and the list of physical examination personnel shall be determined in the order of the second interview score from high to low. If the interviewees cannot compete (that is, the actual number of interviewees is less than or equal to the number of people to be recruited), an existing applicant interview will be organized. The interview score of applicants should reach more than 80 points (including 80 points) before they can enter the physical examination and inspection. The interview session will be recorded throughout the whole process, and the interview results will be announced on the spot after the entire interview is over. Qualification review, interview time and location are posted on the college’s official website. Please pay attention to website information in a timely manner.
(IV) Physical examination and inspection
Physical examination work is organized and implemented by our hospital. The physical examination standards are implemented in accordance with the current "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment". If there is a failure in the physical examination, they will be replaced in order of the interview scores from high to low. Those who pass the physical examination will be subject to a letter or on-site inspection of their ideological and political performance, moral qualities, etc., and those who pass the examination will be made public. The time of physical examination, concentration location and precautions will be notified separately.
(V) Announcement of the candidates for employment
The candidates for employment will be announced on the official website of Henan Vocational and Technical College, and the announcement time is 3 working days.
4. Hire
Applicants who have no objection after public announcement will be hired as personnel agents of our hospital. The employed person shall implement a probation period system. If the probation period fails, the employment shall be cancelled.
5. Discipline and Supervision
The Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the College is responsible for supervision and inspection of recruitment work, and investigate and punish reports and complaints. Applicants who commit fraud or cheating will be disqualified once they are verified. Staff who violate recruitment discipline will be dealt with accordingly depending on the severity of the circumstances.
Important tip: This recruitment does not specify tutoring books, and it will not be held or entrusted to any institution to carry out tutoring and training. Qualification review runs through the entire recruitment process. Once the applicant's qualifications are found to be inconsistent, the application and employment qualifications will be cancelled.
