1. Recruitment targets and conditions
1. Previous graduates of full-time general higher education institutions nationwide before July 31, 2019. In-service teachers in this county are not allowed to register.
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws and regulations, have good conduct, have the ability to perform job responsibilities, and be healthy (refer to the "Hebei Province Physical Examination Standards and Measures for Personnel Applying for Teacher Qualifications").
3. The age of the recruitment recipient shall not exceed 30 years old (born after December 31, 1988), and the age of full-time postgraduate degree or above can be relaxed to 35 years old (born after December 31, 1983). Previous undergraduate graduates.
4. Recruitment conditions:
General high school teachers: General high school teachers require full-time normal school education first or above for graduates, and majors are required. Past graduates must hold the high school teacher qualification certificate for the corresponding subject, and fresh graduates must obtain the high school teacher qualification certificate for the corresponding subject in September 2019.
Vocational Education Center Teacher: Vocational Education Center Teachers’ positions require second or above graduates (excluding junior college to undergraduate or junior college), and are required to match professionally. Past graduates must hold the teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding subject, and fresh graduates must obtain the teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding subject in September 2019.

3. Recruitment arrangement

4. The job recruitment interview for ordinary high school teachers is conducted in the form of lectures and on-site defense. The full score for lectures is 70 points, the time for lectures is not more than 8 minutes, and the preparation time is 30 minutes. The scope of lectures is the content of a compulsory textbook for all subjects in the first grade of high school in our county. The full score for the defense is 30 points, and the defense time is 5 minutes. The judges will present the defense questions on the spot, and the applicants will answer on the spot. After the judges give them points, they will get the average score and select the best candidates according to the interview scores. The job test content of professional teachers in Vocational Education Center will be decided on the spot by the judges. Applicants who are qualified will sign an employment agreement on site.
5. Before completing the formal employment procedures, if the applicant is found to have his/her academic qualifications and files falsified, the employment qualification will be disqualified and the relevant responsibilities will be pursued.
4. Employment management
1. The employed personnel are subject to a probationary period system, and the probation period for graduates of all types of colleges and universities that should not be employed is six months. The probation period is included in the employment period. If you pass the assessment, you will sign a labor contract with the school, with the contract period of three years. Renewable employment for those who have passed the assessment and obtained the corresponding teacher qualification certificate for the corresponding academic stage after the contract expires. Renewal will not be renewed if the assessment fails or has not obtained the corresponding academic stage teacher qualification certificate.
2. The personnel hired this time will not be included in the membership, and the personnel file will be entrusted by the employing unit to implement personnel agency. The salary of employees who are hired shall be implemented in accordance with the salary standards of in-service teachers in our county (excluding spiritual civilization awards); insurance shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of social insurance for employees of urban enterprises; housing provident fund shall be paid in accordance with the standards of in-service similar personnel in the unit. The professional title assessment is handled in accordance with the "Hebei Province Migrant Personnel Qualification Measures for the Evaluation and Appointment of Professional and Technical Positions" (Ji Renfa [1998] No. 168).
