After the opening of the toll station, will add a new convenient channel to the Shenhai Expressway, Tingjiang Town, , Langqi Island and surrounding areas, greatly facilitating the travel of surrounding people.
As an important node for traffic conversion, the Mawei Tingjiang Toll Station is located on the E and F ramps of the Tingjiang Interchange of National Highway 104 on both sides of the Shenhai Expressway of Shenhai Expressway (near Xibian Village, Tingjiang Town), with 3 lanes entering and 3 exits. Before the toll station is opened, citizens drive through Shenhai Expressway to Tingjiang, Langqi and other places. They need to detour to the Guantou toll station, and then go back through National Highway 104 before they can arrive. After is opened to traffic, people around Tingjiang Town, Langqi Island and other surrounding people can directly go up and down to Shenhai Expressway through the New National Highway 104 to travel to Mawei City and Fuzhou City, shortening the distance by at least 15 kilometers, greatly saving time for entering and leaving the city.
