1. The application entity

is jointly submitted by the house owner and the final tenant of the house.

(I) House owners

1. Non-state-owned housing owners in municipal and district-level characteristic industrial parks within this district scope recognized by relevant municipal and district departments; (see Appendix 1 for the list of parks)

2. Non-state-owned housing owners of industrial parks identified by streets and towns.

(II) Rent reduction object

Rent reduction object refers to the final tenant, and is a small and micro enterprise or an individual industrial and commercial household.

1. "Small and Micro Enterprises": determined in accordance with the "Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Implementing Preferential Income Tax Policies for Small and Micro Profit Enterprises" (Announcement No. 5 of the State Administration of Taxation 2022);

2. "Individual Industrial and Commercial Household": refers to a citizen with business ability who is registered with the industrial and commercial administrative department in accordance with the law and engages in industrial and commercial operations. Individual industrial and commercial households shall be subject to industrial and commercial registration information.

2. Business license for non-state-owned housing owners;

3. Real estate ownership certificate for non-state-owned housing;

The applicant is responsible for the authenticity of the application materials. Once the materials are found to be forged or falsely reported, the applicant will be included in the list of breach of trust .

3. Application procedure

This application is made using the online application method:

1. The applicant login Jiading District Industrial Policy Support Information Management System (http://jwjc.jiading.gov.cn:9060/zcpt/login), and fill in the application form and related attachment materials online. After the application form is filled out, it will be generated and printed online. After stamping the application entity and the industrial park management entity, scan and upload it.

2. After the local streets and towns (in charge units) are reviewed online, a declaration summary form is generated, and the official seal of the streets and towns is stamped and then scanned and uploaded.
