Candidates who meet the recruitment requirements can fill in the "publicly funded normal students" or "publicly funded undergraduate medical students" or "publicly funded agricultural students" or "publicly funded normal students" in the first application for the general category. The above types cannot be applied for both.
It is understood that the training task of public-funded normal students is undertaken by 15 universities including Jinan University, Shandong Normal University, Qingdao University, Qufu Normal University, Liaocheng University, Shandong University, Linyi University, Qilu Normal University, Weifang College, Taishan College, Binzhou College, Zaozhuang College, Heze College, Jining College, Dezhou College, etc. The task of training publicly-funded undergraduate medical students is undertaken by five universities including Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Binzhou Medical College, Shandong First Medical University, Weifang Medical College, and Jining Medical College; the task of training publicly-funded junior college medical students is undertaken by three universities including Shandong Medical College, Heze Medical College, and Shandong Medical College. The publicly funded agricultural science training task is undertaken by four universities including Shandong Agricultural University, Qingdao Agricultural University, Shandong University, and Shandong Agricultural Engineering College. The training task of commissioning normal students is undertaken by two universities including Shandong University and Binzhou University.
The enrollment plan for public-funded students and commissioned teacher training students in the province is determined based on the application scale of demand and the distribution of disciplines in each city. The specific plan and application requirements are found in the enrollment brochures of each university. The training plan for public-funded students and commissioned teacher training is a targeted employment enrollment plan and is included in the annual enrollment scale of the training school. So, which candidates can apply for the exam? Graduates of Shandong high school students who sign up for public-funded students and commissioned normal students must meet the following conditions
(I) love the major you are applying for and engaging in your career in the future, have good character, and abide by the law.
(II) Undergraduate level public-funded students must pass the 2022 general higher education enrollment in Shandong Province and the summer college entrance examination results shall not be lower than the ordinary first-tier line in our province. Public-funded junior college students will pass the 2022 general higher education enrollment in Shandong Province and their summer college entrance examination results will not be lower than the second-tier line of the general category in our province.
(III) Voluntarily promise to sign and fulfill the public-funded student agreement. Public-funded normal students and medical students must ensure that they work in targeted employment units for no less than 6 years after graduation, and public-funded agricultural students must ensure that they work in targeted employment units for no less than 5 years after graduation. Public-funded specialist medical students are admitted in the regular batch of ordinary categories, and the candidates' scores must reach the second-tier line of ordinary categories. During admission, public-funded specialist medical students' volunteers are filed and admitted as part of the regular 96 parallel volunteers.
All admitted candidates will no longer participate in any other form or batch of admissions.
In addition, public-funded students must sign a public-funded education agreement with the training school and the relevant departments of the city of targeted employment before entering the school. The "Agreement on Public Education for Normal Students" is formulated by the Provincial Department of Education, the "Agreement on Public Education for Medical Students" is formulated by the Provincial Health Commission, and the "Agreement on Public Education for Agricultural Science Students" is formulated by the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and is announced before candidates fill in their college entrance examination applications.
