On the morning of November 20, 2021, Zong Yingwu, president of Xinzhou Charity Association, led more than ten volunteers to visit the "crawling girl" Xiao Cuiling who lives here at Tianlun Songhe Nursing Center in Xinfu District. He brought a brand new electric wheelchair and some daily necessities to the disabled and strong-willed girl. The volunteers also taught her some simple handmade DIY production.

Xiao Cuiling, from Dongcun, Douluo Town, Xinzhou City, was born in 2001. She suffered from congenital "spinal bifida" and had paralysis in the lower body. She was abandoned by her biological parents at birth. Because her legs were naturally deformed and unable to walk, her adoptive father had two surgeries on her before and after her death and many caring people, which reduced some of her pain, but she still could not achieve the effect of standing and could only solve her daily travel problems with a wheelchair.

After the adoptive father Xu Huanggen passed away in 2011, Xiao Cuiling was taken to Tianlun Songhe Nursing Center by Dean Zhang Juanli. Xinzhou Charity Charity Association has been silently paying attention to the growth of this child. Volunteers often use their rest time to visit and accompany her to learn and teach her some life skills.
