1. All cash bonuses are pre-tax amounts, and the organizer will withhold and pay income tax on behalf of the tax authorities in accordance with the tax authorities' requirements for the bonus tax deduction.
2. The first, second and third prizes are directly selected by the organizer of the competition. Comprehensive evaluation is conducted in terms of painting technology, design ability, creative concepts, overall effects, etc., and the players' praise and recommendations of works are also an important reference for reviews.
3. The Perfect Festival Community Contribution Award is shortlisted and won by the top 5 authors who ranked like and recommend a single work.
4. Participation award is a virtual award. After the author's first work passes the review, he can obtain the weapon box key*1; if a author has multiple works passed the review, the official will reward the author's key based on the submission situation; an author of can obtain the maximum key that is equivalent to the number of submissions .
Design Instructions
1. Please design a commemorative T-shirt with the theme of "CS 20th Anniversary".
2. Creation is not limited to art style, and T-shirt styles are not limited to use the template given by the competition (see the topic page resource download section).
3. Works can include but are not limited to T-shirt design drafts, process drafts, creative inspiration pictures, etc. The specific uploaded image
