It still needs to support the shooting/command digital system: the 152 howitzer units/single guns equipped by our army are generally equipped with artillery automated command systems: automatic geodesics, ballistic computers, meteorological radars, anti-artillery radars and forward-view radars; the 152 howitzer that has been digitally modified are all equipped with fire control receiving terminals.
In addition, it introduced new types of bombs: multi-purpose sub-compartment bullets, terminal-sensitive bullets, cruise missiles, laser-guided shells, reconnaissance shells, propaganda shells, communication jamming shells, etc. The Type 66 152 howitzer in service in our army is currently equipped with the richest large-caliber field artillery in the world, and the number of types is even greater than that of Western countries. Therefore, it will play a special role in plateau artillery battles!
