Apple today launched a candidate version of iOS 16.1 for developers, and the official version is expected to be released next week. According to the official update log, this update mainly introduces the iCloud shared photo gallery, which can realize family photo sharing and maintain update status. This update also added support for third-party APPs to the real-time event, and includes other features and bug fixes for iPhone.

iCloud Share Photo Gallery will make it easier for you to share photos with your family or friends in the Photos app. This feature allows you and up to five others to add, edit, or delete photos in a shared library accessible via iCloud.
Last week, Apple announced that Apple Card users will be able to open a new “high yield” savings account at Goldman Sachs and automatically deposit their daily cashback rewards into it without any fees, no minimum deposit, and no minimum balance requirement. Users will be able to manage savings accounts in the Wallet application.
iOS 16.1 real-time activity supports third-party applications, offering clean energy charging options in the United States, support for Matter accessories in home applications, Apple Fitness+ workouts without Apple Watch, accessibility support for Dynamic Island, bug fixing Messages apps, and using VPNs via CarPlay, and more.
