China Quality News Network Recently, the Hainan Provincial Market Supervision Administration issued a notice on the failure of 10 batches of food (Issue 37, 2021). The notice stated that recently, the bureau organized a random inspection of 465 batches of 8 major foods in edible agricultural products, beverages, edible oils, oils and their products, pastries, roasted foods and nut products, bee products, meat products, and canned food, including 455 batches of qualified samples and 10 batches of unqualified samples.
Unqualified Products
(I) The cowpeas sold at Wang Haizhu Vegetable Stall in Qiongshan, Haikou, are not in compliance with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Hainan Provincial Food Inspection and Testing Center.
(II) The soybean sprouts sold by Chen Xiaohua Vegetable Stand in Haikou Xiuying, the inspection item 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Hainan Provincial Food Inspection and Testing Center.
(III) The celery sold at the Daaitao Vegetable Stall in Danzhou, the inspection items avermectin and cadmium (calculated in Cd) do not comply with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Shenzhen Metrology and Quality Inspection Research Institute.
(IV) The fresh chicken sold by Changjiang Baihuahui Trading Co., Ltd., the inspection item doxycycline does not comply with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Shenzhen Metrology and Quality Inspection Research Institute.
(V) The grass shrimp sold at Shilu Zhenxia Seafood Stall in Changjiang, the inspection items are not in compliance with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Shenzhen Metrology and Quality Inspection Research Institute.
(VI) The Fushou fish sold at the Nadafuxian Pingshui Products Stall in Danzhou, the inspection items sulfonamides (total amount) and trimethoprim do not comply with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Shenzhen Metrology and Quality Inspection Research Institute.
(7) The black sesame sold by Qionghai Baijialiye Trading Co., Ltd., the acid price (based on fat) (KOH) does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Purni Testing Group Co., Ltd.
(8) The charcoal-burned coffee produced and sold by Wanning Xinglong Yiran Coffee Factory (production date: 2021-08-01, specification model: 300 grams/can), the mold in the inspection item does not comply with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Purni Testing Group Co., Ltd.
(9) The process oil for fried chicken wings used by the Guoxing Branch of Haikou Shiweiguan Catering Management Co., Ltd. (processing date: 2021-08-23), the polar component (PC) of the inspection item does not comply with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Huace Testing and Certification Group Co., Ltd.
(10) The southern Fujian-style mung bean paste produced and sold by Zheng Fuji Food Factory in Nada, Danzhou (production date: 2021-08-04, specification model: 130 grams/box), the inspection items dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (calculated as dehydroacetic acid) do not comply with the national food safety standards. The inspection agency is Hainan Provincial Food Inspection and Testing Center.
The local market supervision department has taken measures to investigate and deal with the unqualified products found in the above random inspections, and ordered the organizers of the centralized trading market for edible agricultural products to check the purchase channels, origin and other information and report to the relevant departments. Food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, analyze the reasons and make rectifications; ordered the sellers of edible agricultural products to immediately stop selling unqualified products, and relevant units in the food business process immediately take measures such as removing the shelves to prevent and control risks. The risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal results of unqualified products will be announced on the websites of the market supervision departments of relevant cities and counties.
