Build a star-rated development training system for Geely Automobile Skills Talents
To create an enterprise atmosphere of "big country craftsmen", build a channel for the development of skilled talents, and improve Geely's multiple career development paths, so that employees' career development can be developed horizontally according to personal situations and business needs, and gradually improved vertically. Adhering to the Geely human resources approach of "respect, achieve, and be happy", in 2017, we led the planning and led the team to build the Geely skilled talent evaluation and development system-star employee development channel. Guided by "focusing and opening up, inheritance and innovation, excellence and ordinary craftsman spirit", we will design and build platform for evaluation standards, promotion mechanisms, and training models, so that employees' skills levels will be promoted from internships to masters, and from 1 star to 7 stars, and will be promoted step by step, so that employees can do what they like, be particular, get what they want, and know what they go.
To match the development needs of star-rated employees, it began to build a star-rated employee learning course map in early 2019 and simultaneously develop star-rated employee learning teacher course resources. It was launched on an internal learning platform in 2020. There are matching learning paths and courses for different jobs and different star ratings. At present, more than 20,000 people in the group have online learning.
Through the construction of a star development channel and learning system, skilled employees have embarked on the star-level path of career development, and the stability of front-line skilled employees and Geely manufacturing quality have been greatly improved and guaranteed.
Unified Skills New Employee Coordination Project and Realize Standardized Operation of the Training Center
Coordinated Skills Talents onboarding Coordinated Training Project, using the skill training centers of various places in the group enterprise university as a carrier, relying on the standardized skill talent training system (T model), coordinated management of training projects, realizing the training strategy of "creating high-quality skilled talents with the same standard". The
project relies on the four regional skill training centers of the enterprise university to carry out standardized skill talent training. In the second half of 2020, it will be planned to build the largest training center of Geely Group to provide a physical platform for skill talent training for Geely's entire manufacturing system. At present, the four major regional campuses have undertaken multiple talent training business in various regions, and are responsible for the arrangement of the entire process from student pick-up, dormitory arrangement, training operation, graduation ceremonies, etc. Its training model is strictly carried out in accordance with the group's T-mode of the agency training model. The training cycle integrates knowledge of corporate culture, product knowledge, management and manufacturing concepts in all stages, and helps students complete the transformation from school to workplace from physical fitness, theory, and practical aspects, so as to cultivate qualified employees who recognize corporate culture, have a sense of craftsmanship and master job skills.

The curriculum system and resources for talent training are the basis for the implementation of training, and creating high-quality and professional course resources is the prerequisite for ensuring the smooth implementation of talent training work. In early 2019, on the basis of the original basic and scattered courses, it led the standardized development, promotion and use of the talent training course system, and completed the construction of standardized course systems for first-level general training courses at the pre-job level, second-level general and professional training courses, and the team's third-level professional courses. By 2020, all the course development work in the system was basically completed.
