To commemorate the 25th anniversary of Pokemon, The Pokemon Company will launch a limited gold box for the Pokemon card game. The first batch can only be obtained through lottery. The lottery activity ends on October 10, 2021, but will be produced according to the order situation in the future. The set will be available for sale on October 22, 2021 at 17,600 yen (approximately RMB 1,034).
As mentioned earlier, not everyone can buy Pokemon TCG 25th Anniversary Gold Box because it is sold through lottery. But if the demand is high, it may be produced to order in 2022 in a scheduled manner. Order start time is planned after spring 2022 and product shipments are scheduled after winter 2022, which means the company will only produce as many limited edition gold boxes as the orders it receives. The actual cards, all game pads, dice and status marks inside the
box will be covered in gold. The official currently gives four card faces: Golden Pikachu V, Normal Pikachu V, Pikachu V Max and Pikachu.
