According to the China Times, Taiwan’s “Ministry of Foreign Affairs” has invested 660 million yuan in the confidential budget for next year, investing 660 million yuan in Asia and the West and Africa, 160 million yuan more than Latin American regions with more “diplomatic diplomatic relations”, and even an increase of 390 million yuan from this year’s budget. However, Swaziland has obtained a market of 23 million in Taiwan, but lost 1.3 billion in markets, investment from Chinese-funded enterprises, and was unable to join the African regional forum led by China. It is equivalent to Swaziland choosing Taiwan and choosing to marginalize itself in Africa.
