This technology uses supercritical nitrogen foaming forming technology to solve the technical problems of high heat shrinkability and large size difference after forming, and the need for secondary molding. Compared with the existing supercritical secondary forming technology, it has the advantages of low equipment demand, short forming cycle and significantly reduced costs. The shoes produced are lightweight, elastic, anti-slip and wear-resistant. The new generation of supercritical forming technology does not contain chemical foaming agents. It is not only environmentally friendly, but also has bright colors and clear surface patterns. It is expected to replace traditional shoemaking technology in large quantities and help shoe companies across the city expand their high-end market.

Wu Lixin introduced that the advantages of this technology are: First of all, through material synthesis and formula design, the molding size of EVA shoes can be flexibly adjusted within the 4-digit range, and the foaming behavior of the shoes can be effectively adjusted to solve the major heat shrinkage problem in supercritical primary molding. Secondly, the new technology can reduce the pressure requirements for the injection machine, and can reduce the maintenance cycle of the mold and extend the service life.
