Liang Guokai dropped out of school early to make a living due to his family's poverty. He was lured into the world by bad elements and became a gangster in Fangmingguan. In the early days, the Jiaotou of Fangmingguan was not organized. It took a Fangmingguan Theater on the street as a base, and each Jiaotou brother led his brothers to fight each other. Later, in order to jointly deal with the entry of foreign forces, they formed the "Fangmingguan Golden Lion Group" and elected Lian Mingyan as the boss, and together they obtained illegal income through pornography, gambling, extortion, and absorption of protection fees.
In the 1970s, the dice casino under Fangmingguan was the largest casino in Taiwan. In addition to the numerous public prostitutes and entertainment venues on the territory, Fangmingguan became the first of the four major corner heads of Mengjia. However, due to the uneven distribution of spoils, the major players in Fangming Pavilion are becoming increasingly fragmented. As a result, Dalian Mingyan, the owner of Fangmingguan, was shot to death by other elder brothers. Afterwards, Lin Chunfa took over, and Liang Guokai took over Lin Chunfa at this time.

He is desperate for fighting, so he won the nickname "Pearl Dai" and became one of the gold medal thugs in the famous hall. However, Lin Chunfa thought he was simple-minded and did not appreciate and promoted him, and always regarded him as his younger brother. In January 1984, Liang Guokai, who was resentful, attacked several younger brothers and shot Lin Chunfa to death, attempting to take over the territory of Fangmingguan. Huang Zongyi, the founding gang elder, intercepted him halfway, and Liang Guokai simply killed Huang Zongyi again.
shot two of his own bosses in a row. Liang Guokai's fierceness and violence shocked Taiwan's black and white circles, opening up the case of a young man shooting his boss in modern Taiwan's underworld. Since then, there have been endless situations in which his younger brothers killed his elder brother. The internal battles of Fangming Pavilion were endless and soon declined. Because of his repeated murders, Liang Guokai was desperate to become a major shooting criminal. At that time, Liu Huanrong, a killer of the Bamboo League, ranked as the "No. 1 pick" in shooting, and Liang Guokai ranked third in "Tanhua", were both notorious gangsters.
On July 16, 1985, Taipei police found Liang and his party members hiding in a private house. The police mobilized nearly 50 excellent operators to surround the houses and launch a gun battle with Liang. During the melee, Liang Guokai knew that he could not escape the French Open and committed suicide by taking cyanide. After Liang Guokai's death, his wife Xiaozhi went to Japan to take refuge. Unexpectedly, he still couldn't escape the clutches of the gang enemy and became a controlled woman. Queen Xiao Zhi met Liu Huanrong, who was avoiding his crimes in the future. Out of the feeling of hurting others, Liu Huanrong rescued Xiao Zhi. After the two lived for a year, Liu Huanrong was arrested by Japanese police and extradited to Taiwan and shot.
