On November 2, the Shandong "Yellow River Journey" promotion conference hosted by the Cross-Strait Tourism Exchange Association (hereinafter referred to as "Sea Tourism Association") in the 2021 "Beautiful China" online series of promotion activities, Shandong "Yellow River Journey" was successfully held in the Nishan Shengjing Scenic Area of Qufu City.
2021 "Beautiful China" online series of promotion activities focus on two classic tourism theme products "Yellow River Journey" and "Yangtze River Journey". Through online interactions in 9 venues in Beijing, Ningxia, Henan, Shandong, Sichuan, Shanghai, Anhui, Taipei and Kaohsiung, we introduced local high-quality cultural tourism resources, new products, new routes and new policies to Taiwan's tourism industry, university representatives and media, opening a colorful "Beautiful China" online experience journey. Zhang Xu, president of the Haihui Tourism Association, delivered an online speech. He said that after 2020, the Haihui Tourism Association held another online series of promotion activities for "Beautiful China" this year, hoping to inspire the industry on both sides of the Taiwan Strait to unite and open up a new situation of exchanges and cooperation in the fields of cultural and tourism across the Taiwan Strait. The Tourism Association will always uphold the "1992 Consensus", thoroughly implement policies to benefit Taiwan in the fields of culture and tourism, rely on the welfare of compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and support Taiwanese compatriots to seize the opportunities of the mainland in building a new development pattern, and gather inexhaustible momentum to promote the peaceful development of cross-strait relations and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
Wang Lei, Director of the Shandong Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, said in his speech that Shandong and Taiwan have frequent cultural and tourism exchanges and interactions, and have successfully held a series of activities such as "Love in Qilu - Cross-Strait Cultural and Tourism Friendship Tour" and "The Centennial Year of Yansheng - Mr. Kong Decheng's Centennial Memorial Exhibition".
