Last time, Kanye also popularized the Tsai administration's military, public and educational reforms that caused public anger: Tsai Ing-wen and her friends reformed under the name of "bankruptcy". After that, they were either complacent that "the annual reforms of military, public and educational reforms that all rulers want to promote have finally been completed", or they shamelessly said that "the future 'annuity bankruptcy' will become a historical term", but they did not forget something - the labor insurance pension reform, which is related to tens of millions of Taiwanese workers, seems to be "lying on" in the "Legislative Yuan" of Taiwan!
Following the passage of the "Three Reads" of the Military Reform on the 21st, and with the reform of civil servants and teachers who have completed the "revision of the law" last year, the annual reform of the military and public education in Taiwan has been completed and it is confirmed that it will be officially launched together on July 1. But many people questioned that compared with military, public education, annual labor insurance reform is the top priority. So why is the amendment to the Labor Insurance Regulations on Labor Reform still being iced in the Legislative Yuan?
According to the latest labor insurance actuarial report by relevant departments in Taiwan, the labor insurance foundation has been underpaid this year and went bankrupt in 2027. However, according to statistics from the "Labor Insurance Bureau", the labor insurance fund paid an expense of about 389.5 billion yuan in the whole year last year ( NT$ , the same below), but the premium income was only 363.3 billion yuan, and the annual income and expenditure offset was negative 26.2 billion yuan, which occurred one year earlier than the latest actuarial report predicted that the income was insufficient. If we look at the situation from January to April this year alone, the total income and expenditure offset will be negative 4.78 billion yuan.
In other words, in addition to military reform, the most urgent thing is the reform of labor insurance, but now this "most difficult problem" has not been overcome. How could Tsai Ing-wen say the sentence "In the future, 'annuity bankruptcy' will become a historical term"? Is this lying to myself or treating the people of Taiwan as fools?
In fact, Taiwan’s “Executive Yuan” passed the draft amendment to the “Labor Insurance Ordinance” on March 30 last year and sent it to the “Legislative Yuan” for review, but the “Legislative Yuan” has never reviewed it for more than a year after the “Pay Commission” in April last year. In response, the Ministry of Labor only responded that it respected the review progress of the Legislative Yuan; and the Democratic Progressive Party League Secretary-General He Xinchun also said that there was no timetable for the annual labor insurance reform.
It seems that compared with the "fast, ruthless and accurate" approach to the annual reform of military, public and educational institutions, the DPP is really "not anxious" about the annual reform of labor insurance! But former DPP "legislator" Shen Fuxiong was so anxious. For this reason, he couldn't help but exclaim that if the Taiwan authorities no longer make the annual labor insurance reform, "everyone can come and revolution"!
Shen Fuxiong pointed out that labor insurance annuity is affected by the reduction of birth. If the current system is judging from the current system, future debts will be NT$7 in units of two digits and in units of tits. He also emphasized that the money paid by workers under 45 in Taiwan is actually prepared for retired people. For this reason, it is also recommended that workers over 55 years old can pay additional and less fees, and they should not pay under 55 years old, "I will take you to the revolution."
Not only that, Shen Fuxiong also called on senior intellectuals and young people who are most affected by the pension system and who are not party-free should bravely stand up for the revolution or rebellion, "otherwise the so-called 'white power' will be talked about in vain"!

The Executive Yuan Annuity Reform Office stated that the draft labor security amendment has been reviewed by the Legislative Yuan, but Li Junqi, who is about to take over as the Secretary-General of the Legislative Yuan of the Democratic Progressive Party, has "no impression" of whether the draft labor security amendment has been sent to the Legislative Yuan; and Qiu Taiyuan, the Green Committee of the Legislative Yuan, who will be responsible for reviewing the annual reform of labor insurance in the future, also said that "he has no idea about the status of the draft."
According to Li Junqi, the current view of the DPP is that the annual labor insurance reform involves a large number of people, and must be discussed carefully; as for whether it may be handled in the next "legislative" meeting after September this year, Li Junqi said that the DPP will consult all parties, ", but the possibility of discussion in the next meeting is not high.
Ke Jianming, the current convener of the "Legislative Yuan" Party and the Democratic Progressive Party, also bluntly stated that no political party wants to deal with the annual labor insurance change of as soon as possible, "This matter has not been so urgent."
So is the DPP really not in a hurry to make the annual labor insurance reform, or is there any "unspeakable hiddenness"?

The previous revision of the "Labor Fund Law" has made workers dissatisfied, and it is impossible to reform the labor protection annuity at this time.

Tsai Ing-wen once said during the election that "labor will always be the softest part of the DPP's heart."
