Zhou Tao pointed out that the establishment of a judicial protection base for biodiversity is a major measure to strictly implement the "Shandong Province South Four Lakes Protection Regulations", and is a vivid practice of giving full play to the functions of ecological justice and legal publicity to serve South Four Lakes biodiversity, marking that the judicial protection of biodiversity in South Four Lakes has reached a new starting point. Zhou Tao emphasized that we must conscientiously implement the strictest ecological and environmental resource protection system, implement the "three-in-one" trial mechanism, establish and improve the environmental restoration responsibility system, strengthen the cooperation between ecological justice and administrative law enforcement, and actively create a characteristic judicial protection base integrating "popular science communication + circuit trial + achievement display + rule of law education", and make every effort to serve and guarantee the ecological environment and high-quality development of the Nansihu Lake Basin.
Wang Ruyi pointed out in her speech that in recent years, Weishan County has followed Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought, strived to be the vanguard in the ecological protection of the South Four Lakes Basin and strived to be the pioneer in high-quality development. biodiversity protection has been effective. The establishment of the Biodiversity Judicial Protection Base is another innovative measure to serve and guarantee the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Nansihu River Basin. It is a vivid practice to promote the judicial protection of Nansihu Biodiversity, and has expanded a new platform for the county to strengthen the judicial protection of Nansihu Biodiversity. Wang Ruyi demanded that we should actively build a judicial demonstration base for biodiversity, strengthen the connection between ecological justice and administrative law enforcement, and build a linkage mechanism of "strike, collaboration, restoration, and governance", and contribute judicial power to maintaining the biodiversity and ecological security of the South Four Lakes. At the ceremony, Weishan Court, together with the county procuratorate, the county public security bureau, the county south Sihu comprehensive management committee, the county natural resources and planning bureau, the Jining Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau Weishan Branch, and the county market supervision and administration bureau jointly signed the "Nan Sihu Biodiversity Judicial Protection Cooperation Framework Agreement".
Participants visited the judicial protection exhibition hall and observed the trial of a case of illegal fishing of aquatic products on site.
