At 9:00 on October 12, the Sanhe Police Station of Huiyang District Public Security Bureau received a report from the public that he saw a man riding a motorcycle up the mountain in the back mountain of Jiuxiaocun gas station in Sanhe Street, Huiyang District, Huizhou City. Then he heard a loud noise, and soon an open fire broke out on the mountain. After receiving the report, the policeman Zhuang Zhi on duty did not dare to delay at all. On the one hand, he contacted the firefighters and the forest brigade, and on the other hand, he immediately organized police forces to rush to the scene of the incident. When they arrived at the foot of the mountain, the fire had spread on the mountain, and several people quickly climbed the mountain to reach the fire point.
It happened to be a typhoon that day, and there were many trees on the mountain. The strong wind further spread the fire, and the situation was critical. With the joint efforts of the rescue forces, it took more than half an hour to put out the open fire, and the suspect Bi who set fire was also arrested by the police in charge of the case on another small road.

He originally thought that there were fewer people in the typhoon, so he went to the mountain to burn the hornet's nest. Unexpectedly, the hornet's nest expanded due to heat and exploded, which brought the fire to the surrounding trees and quickly ignited. Seeing that the fire became bigger and bigger, Bi fled the scene.
