One of the sixth Straits Youth Festival series of activities, the 15th Fengtai Youth Summer Camp, opened in Fuzhou on the 19th. The campers were attended by 82 students elected by Hsinchu High School, Mazu High School, Fuzhou Taiwan Association and Fuzhou Overseas Chinese Middle School. There were 48 Taiwanese students, including 35 who came to the mainland for the first time and 28 students in Fuzhou. The participants were all teenagers.

summer camp activity is sponsored by the Fuzhou Municipal CPPCC and co-organized by the Fuzhou Cross-Strait Exchange Association, the Fuzhou Municipal Education Bureau, and the Fuzhou Overseas Chinese Middle School.
The "Rongtai Youth Summer Camp" of Fuzhou Municipal CPPCC has been successfully held for 14 sessions. It is a "brand" project of the Fuzhou Municipal CPPCC's work on Taiwan and one of the series of activities this year's "Straits Youth Festival".

The theme of this year's summer camp is "cross the strait and join hands and meet up." The activity format is mainly through group cooperation and interactive communication among students, exploring and understanding Fuzhou, understanding the current situation of mainland transportation, rural development, and Fujiandu culture. event was held in advance to collect micro-videos, and the city and school promotional videos were filmed. The main event locations include Fuzhou Urban Planning Museum, Changle Haixi Animation Creative Park, Fujian Normal University , Beautiful Countryside, Sanfang Qixiang , Cross-strait Panda Base, West Lake Park, Dongtaihe City Complex, etc., to showcase Fuzhou's humanistic history and economic and social development.
