Recently, the Sangzhi County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision investigated and dealt with a number of problems of ineffective performance of epidemic prevention and control work. In order to strengthen warning education, strengthen the responsibility for epidemic prevention and control work, and promote all levels and departments to strictly, tightly, practically and meticulously implement various measures for epidemic prevention and control, three typical cases are reported as follows:
1 Xiang Zhiyong, deputy mayor of Chenjiahe Town, Sangzhi County, Wang Chaokun, secretary of the Party branch of Guanping Village, Zhang Haixia, and Zhang Ye, an auxiliary police officer, failed to implement home control measures for returning people.
On January 26, 2022, Lu Moulan took a bus from Bao'an District, Shenzhen to his home in Guanping Village, Chenjiahe Town. On February 2, according to the latest list of epidemic-related areas, Chenjiahe Town Government took "five guarantees and one" control measures against Lu Moulan. On February 5, Lu Moulan took a car to the county maternal and child health hospital for treatment. After the county maternal and child health hospital found that he was a yellow code personnel, he immediately reported to the county epidemic prevention and control command center. During this period, Xiang Zhiyong, Zhang Haixia and Zhang Ye were responsible for Lu Moulan's control, and Wang Chaokun, as the main responsible persons for epidemic prevention and control in Guanping Village, failed to perform control measures, resulting in the control personnel going out on their own. After research and decision, Xiang Zhiyong and Zhang Ye were given a reminder of the conversation, and Wang Chaokun and Zhang Haixia were criticized and educated.
2 The problem of Yi Jinhua, a staff member of the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade of Lifuta Town, Sangzhi County, and Wu Yongqing, secretary of the Party Branch of Qinglong Village, failing to implement home control measures for returning people.
On January 23, 2022, Cai Moujun and Zeng Mouyao drove from Bao'an District, Shenzhen to Zeng Mouyao's home in Qinglong Village, Lifuta Town. On February 3, according to the latest list of epidemic-related areas, the Lifuta Town Government took "five guarantees and one" control measures against Cai Moujun and Zeng Mouyao. On February 5, Cai Moujun and Zeng Mouyao went to Sangzhi County People's Hospital for nucleic acid test (negative). After the county people's hospital found that they were yellow code personnel, they immediately reported to the county epidemic prevention and control command center. During this period, Yi Jinhua, as the person in charge of Cai Moujun and Zeng Mouyao's control, and Wu Yongqing, as the main person in charge of epidemic prevention and control in Qinglong Village, failed to implement control measures, resulting in the control personnel going out on their own. After research and decision, Yi Jinhua was given a reminder of the conversation, and Wu Yongqing criticized and educated him.
3 Zhang Degen, an auxiliary police officer of Chixi Village, Lifuta Town, Sangzhi County, failed to investigate the problems of returning people.
On February 4, 2022, Yang drove from Shimen County, Changde City to Zhang Moujing's home in Wantianyu Group, Chixi Village, Lifuta Town. On February 5, Yang went to Sangzhi County People's Hospital for nucleic acid test (negative). After the county people's hospital found that he was a yellow code personnel, he immediately reported to the county epidemic prevention and control command center. During this period, Zhang Degen, who was responsible for the investigation of epidemic prevention and control of the Wantianyu Group, did not investigate and control the returnee Yang, causing the yellow code personnel to go out on their own. After research and decision, Zhang Degen was given criticism and education.
The above three typical cases exposed that a few party members and cadres in our county have insufficient understanding of the epidemic prevention and control work, weak sense of responsibility, and unrealistic work style, and have a paralyzed and slack mentality. Party organizations at all levels and the vast number of party members and cadres in the county should learn profound lessons, learn as a warning, effectively strengthen political awareness, unify their thoughts and actions with the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the provincial, municipal and county party committees, and tighten the responsibilities of the local, department, unit and individual. All discipline inspection and supervision organizations in the county should strengthen supervision, discipline enforcement and accountability, insist on putting the rectification of formalism and bureaucracy in epidemic prevention and control in a prominent position, and provide strong discipline guarantees for our county to build a solid and safeguard the epidemic prevention and control line in all aspects.
