According to reports, the total investment of the project of the company's coordinated disposal of solid waste using cement kilns is 239 million yuan. After completion, it can form a solid hazardous waste treatment capacity of 330,000 tons per year. It is the largest single unit and the most qualified scope of the country's coordinated disposal as a waste base. After the hazardous waste enters the factory, the incoming material will be sampled and analyzed to determine its characteristics, and a disposal plan will be formulated based on the shape and nature. During disposal, conduct composition analysis of hazardous waste from the pit, hazardous waste from the kiln, and clinker products to ensure that the clinker products are qualified.

In addition, the company has set up corresponding pollution control facilities for building a factory, including electric bag composite dust collectors, low-temperature plasma + activated carbon disposal devices, etc., and strictly take anti-seepage measures in storage warehouses, workshop pits, etc. according to design requirements.

According to Wu Haihua, the waste rubber slag from the plate factory was once one of the main sources of industrial solid waste in Guigang City. With the promotion of local ecological and environmental departments and follow-up services from enterprises, the monthly reception volume of waste rubber slag has increased rapidly from 60 tons in 2020 to nearly 1,000 tons now. at the same time. The company also actively assists the local government in disposing of solid waste generated by emergency environmental incidents. Since its production, it has disposal of about 600 tons of solid waste generated by emergency environmental incidents, effectively playing the role and responsibility of "urban purifiers", providing important guarantees for Guigang City to build a "waste-free city".

According to the relevant person in charge of the local ecological environment department, since the implementation of the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" on January 1, 2015, Qintang District of Guigang City has steadily promoted the battle to defend the clean land. A large-scale rectification of hazardous waste was carried out. All enterprises producing hazardous waste in the region signed hazardous waste disposal agreements and transferred the hazardous waste generated by the enterprise to qualified units for treatment, effectively maintaining the safety of the soil environment, and implementing a "yellow card warning" system for enterprises that have found irregular hazardous waste management, and rectifying within a time limit. Through the above measures, the autonomous region's standardized assessment of hazardous waste was successfully passed in 2021.
