1. Preparation work:
1. The box is installed.
2. Components and auxiliary materials: air switch, three-phase wire, cable ties .

4. Notes: The empty opening model meets the design drawings and distribution box installation requirements.
2. Guide rail installation in distribution box
Requirements: The guide rail should be installed horizontally and match the empty opening operation hole of the cover plate.
3. Inner empty opening installation
Requirements:
① When installing empty opening, first pay attention to the position of the empty opening installation hole on the box cover to ensure that the empty opening position is in the reserved position of the box cover. Secondly, when installing the switch, it should be arranged from left to right, and the reserved switch position should be one whole position.
②The reserved position is usually placed on the right side of the distribution box. There is a complete space between the first row of total empty opening and the separate empty opening line for the first row of empty opening.
4. The wiring of the neutral wire is opened on the empty wire
requirements:
① The color of the neutral wire must be a blue wire.
②Lighting and socket circuits generally use 2.5mm2 wires, and the number of empty openings connected to each wire shall not exceed 3. The air conditioning circuit generally uses 2.5mm2 or 4.0mm2 wires, with one wire and one empty opening.
③Ne wires between different phases must not be shared. If the first yellow wire matched by A is connected to two 16A lighting empty wires, then the empty open neutral wires matched by A can only be equipped with these two empty opens. After matching, it is directly connected to the neutral wire terminal .
④ The wiring between the total empty opening and the separate empty opening in the box is generally on the left, and the power distribution box is generally on the right.
⑤ The wiring in the box should be straight and not tied. The wires should be tied with plastic cable ties . The size of the cable ties should be appropriate and the spacing should be even.
⑥ The wires should be bending consistently and there should be no dead bends to prevent damage to the wire insulation and internal copper core.
5. The first empty three-phase wiring
requirements:
① Phase A is yellow, phase B is green, and phase C is red.
② and neutral wire connection requirements are the same.
6. Second empty wiring
requirements:
① Phase A is yellow, phase B is green, and phase C is red.
②Lighting and socket circuits generally use 2.5mm2 wires, and the number of empty openings connected to each wire shall not exceed 3. The air conditioning circuit generally uses 2.5mm2 or 4.0mm2 wires, with one wire and one empty opening.
③Ne wires between different phases shall not be shared. ⑥ The wires should be bending consistently and there should be no dead bends to prevent damage to the wire insulation and internal copper core.
7. Wire binding
Requirements:
① The wire should be tied with plastic cable ties. The size of the cable ties should be appropriate, and the spacing should be uniform, generally 100mm.
② After the ties are tied, the unused parts should be cut off with pliers.
