Notice of Qixingguan District, Bijie City on health management measures for people coming to (return) Qixingguan
At present, the situation of the new crown epidemic is severe and complex. In order to implement the overall strategy of "preventing imports from outside and preventing rebound from inside", adhere to scientific and precise prevention and control, strictly, tightly, meticulously and practically do a good job in normalized epidemic prevention and control, and according to the expert's research and judgment opinions, the health management measures for people coming to (return) Qixingguan are appropriately adjusted. The relevant measures are now announced as follows:
1. All personnel coming to (return) Qixingguan must report to the destination community 24 hours in advance through the "Guizhou Health Code" mini program and telephone number (attached to the contact number of each township (town, street)).
2. For those who come to (return) Qixingguan with travel history within 7 days (except for medium and high-risk areas) who have traveled and lived in key areas of the epidemic within 7 days, the "3+4+5+1" (3 days of centralized isolation + 4 days of home health monitoring + 5 nucleic acid test +1 antigen testing) health management measures will be implemented, and the management period will be calculated from the date of Qixingguan.
3. For red and yellow code personnel from high and medium-risk areas across the country, they will be controlled in accordance with the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)".
4. Except for the above areas, people coming to (returning) Qixing Pass must enter Qixing Pass with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours. After entering Qixing Pass, check the "three codes and one temperature" (health code, itinerary code, place code, body temperature), implement "ground inspection" and registration information, strictly implement the "3-day 2-test" health management measures at home, and conduct one nucleic acid test at intervals of 24 hours. The second nucleic acid result shall not flow before it is released, and the test results shall be reported to the destination village (community) and unit (enterprise).
5. All inter-county service stations and highway exit service stations implement "every vehicle must be inspected and everyone must be inspected" for all vehicles coming to (return) Qixingguan. Transit vehicles are strictly prohibited from driving out of the expressway toll station in Qixingguan District . Drivers and passengers of self-driving vehicles must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours. The "three codes and one temperature" (health code, itinerary code, place code, body temperature) is normal before they can pass. For key epidemic areas and medium and high-risk areas, control measures will be strictly implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
6. The cost of centralized isolation shall be borne by me.
Everyone is the first person responsible for their own health. Those who do not actively report, conceal their whereabouts, or cooperate with relevant health management measures will be held seriously responsible in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
This notice will be implemented from October 12th. The above health management measures will be adjusted dynamically in a timely manner according to the epidemic situation.
