2. Application scope
applicants should be fresh graduates of 2020. The specific requirements are as follows:
domestic (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) full-time undergraduate, master, and doctoral graduates in ordinary universities in 2020.
Returned students who graduated before June 2020 with full-time bachelor's degree or above and obtained a graduation certificate certified by the Ministry of Education.
