China Fubao International Tourism Resort was jointly developed by Hejiang County Government and Sichuan Energy Investment Group Co., Ltd. The two parties signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on August 12, 2015 and officially signed a development investment agreement on April 11, 2016. The scenic spot is positioned in a composite scenic spot model with vacation as the core. The itinerary is centered on vacation, and it combines tourism, leisure, vacation, health care, theme parks, and festivals. At the same time, with the purpose of meeting the needs of tourists, we will create an innovative tourism product system that combines the public with high-quality products, high-tech with the original ecology, and integrates China and foreign countries, and creates a new and unique and attractive differentiated product.
The project development and construction period is 15 years and is carried out in three stages, each 5 years is one stage. The total investment is expected to be no less than 20 billion yuan, the investment in the first stage is expected to be no less than 5 billion yuan, the investment in the second stage is expected to be no less than 10 billion yuan, and the investment in the third stage is expected to be no less than 5 billion yuan. It is planned to have local reception capabilities in two years, large-scale reception capabilities in five years, and to build an international tourist resort holy place from 10 to 15 years.

Hejiang County is located at the southeast edge of Sichuan Basin and the junction of Sichuan, Chongqing and Guizhou. Fubao Ancient Town
Fubao Ancient Town is 42KM away from Hejiang County, Sichuan Province. It is the gateway to the national-level Fubao Forest Park. The ancient town was built in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty. By the late Ming Dynasty, it had "accumulated hundreds of families and could be a giant town" and became a political, economic and cultural exchange center in the Dacaohe River Basin. When the town was built, due to the inconvenient transportation and difficult to make a living, the temple was built and was named Fobao . Later, it was rebuilt after a fire and dug a cobblestone with a diameter of seven feet on the main street, which was later renamed Fobao New Field. After liberation, it was renamed Fubaochang. Fubao Ancient Town is built against the mountain and is well preserved.Among them, Huilong Street is the most complete ancient street in the town. It goes up along Huilong Bridge and on both sides of the street paved with bluestone, the houses are backed by one and vary in size, forming five alleys including Jiulong Lane, Liujia Lane, Baoqing Lane, Chai City Lane, and Jishi Lane. The street is 450 meters long and 1.5-8.0 meters wide. It was the most lively and prosperous area at that time, and ancient buildings such as Huilong Bridge, Sangong Ba Temple, and Xizi Pavilion are hidden in it.

The ancient town has scattered high and low and rows of houses lined up and down in various shapes, rows of stilted wooden buildings are arranged in a row, rising and falling with the mountains. The small street is seven or eight meters wide and only about one and a half meters narrow. It is all paved with bluestone slabs, and the stone steps rise and fall, winding forward. From time to time, pedestrians holding umbrellas are seen up and down the stone stairwell, and poetic pictures of small towns in the rain are presented in a hazy way.

The heart of Fobao National Forest Park - Magnolia Mountain Scenic Area is located on the southern edge of the Sichuan Basin. Tiantangba
Tiantangba Scenic Area is at the source of Dacao River and is adjacent to Yinjianggou Scenic Area in Xishui County, Guizhou Province. Take a bus from Hejiang County, pass , , and 80 kilometers to Tiantangba. Tiantangba Scenic Area is about 30 kilometers long and the peaks are turned around, with old trees and withered vines.
The red rocks and green forests in the Danxia landform in the scenic area complement each other. Whether it is the mountains rising and falling, the streams lingering, the ancient trees in deep mountains, or the waterfalls and springs, the scenery is different and it is tempting. There are dozens of waterfalls in the Tiantangba Scenic Area, among which Daludong Waterfall, Dongping Waterfall and Tiantang Waterfall are the most spectacular.
