In the introduction of the policy of subsidy and rescue, Guangdong Province can be said to have responded quickly, and Guangdong itself is one of the largest automobile markets in the country.
The first to launch a rescue policy was the Guangdong Foshan City government. On January 29, the Foshan City Government launched the "Foshan City Several Measures to Promote the Upgrade of the Automobile Consumer Market (Trial)", one of which was to encourage consumers to purchase new cars of " National VI ".
The subsidies for ordinary individual consumers are "2,000 yuan subsidies per new car" and "Foshan license plates can be exchanged for a replacement subsidy of 3,000 yuan based on the old car invoice or scrap certificate."
On March 6, Guangzhou Municipal Government also launched a similar document, but the subsidy in Guangzhou is relatively large. "For individual consumers to purchase new energy vehicles, the comprehensive subsidy for each vehicle can reach 10,000 yuan." In addition, the replacement subsidy is similar to that in Foshan City.
The document states that from March to the end of December 2020, in accordance with the principle of encouraging advanced technology, safety and reliability, a comprehensive subsidy of 10,000 yuan per vehicle will be given to individual consumers in the use process during the purchase of new energy vehicles. At the same time, in order to promote the replacement of cars, consumers who replace or scrap second-hand cars will be given a subsidy of 3,000 yuan for automobile sales companies registered in Guangzhou to purchase new "National VI" standard cars.

Could it be that the government only gives such a standard, and how to subsidize in the later stage must be combined with various dealers and stores?

In addition to the fact that local subsidies in Foshan and Guangzhou are relatively similar, the Zhuhai Municipal Government has also introduced relevant subsidy policies. In addition, even if there is output, it is not enough. After all, people's desire to buy cars is very low at this moment. In such an environment, brand owners can be said to be "annihilated", and basically no sales can go up against the current and all plummet.
How bleak has the car market been recently? You might as well experience it through sales data in the past year.
This set of big data can clearly understand what the production and sales volume in January-February this year is. It is not difficult to find that the total production and sales volume in January and February are at the same level as the production and sales volume in 2019.
In terms of output, the monthly output from May to July 2019 was lower than the total output from January to February 2020, and the monthly output in the other months was much higher than the total output from the first two months of 2020.
